Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 2024 Preparation !!

We are so thrilled to be apart of the 2024 Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show once again . With three months in the making and three days to execute we are so excited to showcase what we have been working on !

We hope you love our display as much as we loved creating it . We look forward to meeting some of you at the show .

Analysing  key areas that the valley has to offer for this year's flower show  we have decided to focus on the bush land that is found throughout the valley as well as the beautiful wildlife that are found within the forest walls but in particular our design will be based around the deer . 

With the  artwork created by one of the founders of Rosie Posie Floral Designs  being Rosalie De Francesco . This artwork depicts the beautiful deer that is showcased which will allow our floral display to come to life. 

Often found within the forest are many acres of dirt and grass, fallen trees ,logs , antlers which naturally detach every year from the male stags and are most commonly found on the ground etc . Amongst the bushes and trees you can usually find a cabin or storage shed. Our design will reflect this by using corrugated iron as well fallen trees to showcase the effect of an abandoned building  . 

We have been particular  in choosing products for our design and ensured all materials are repurposed and sustainable for the show .  

The Flower choices for this year's display will give our design the edge it needs to stand out. Using flowers such as natives will allow the design to encapsulate the rustic, earthy sense of place that the Yarra Valley emanates but also using pops of colour such as tones of pink which will allow our brand to blossom throughout our floral design  . 

We hope our floral display has inspired you to visit this beautiful region , we are sure you will love the Yarra Valley as much as we do and that you’ll go on to enjoy everything it offers for years to come.
